Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and destination.

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the products and packaging.

Where appropriate, we will replace the item or issue a refund
